Venue Hire


Due to the current Covid 19 situation and resulting escalation of public health measures to slow the spread and impact of the virus, the Nundah Neighbourhood Centre and Brisbane North Community Legal Service has made the difficult decision to close its doors to the public as of close of business Thursday the 19th March 2020. This will be in place until further notice with regular assessments on the safest practice measures in delivering services. During this time Room hire will be put on hold. If you already have a booking please contact us by phone or email We are working with our community to do anything we can to help our most vulnerable members during this time and will endeavour to continue to maintain telephone and email contact. The Nundah Neighbourhood Centre has a number of fantastic multi-functional spaces available for hire that would be perfect for a wide range of events. If you have an upcoming celebration, event, launch or work gathering we can cater to your needs. Whether it be a small intimate gathering or a large function we have the perfect space for you. Some of the options available include • Board room with access to tea and coffee facilities • Large community meeting room, including community kitchen • Outdoor family friendly area • Outdoor (uncovered) Laneway - kitchen access available upon request All of these spaces can be hired individually or as a package.

The Nundah Neighbourhood Centre is centrally located in vibrant Nundah Village, close to public transport, cafes and restaurants.  The Centre is on the ground floor with full disability access.

For venue hire costs please contact the Centre on 07 3260 6820 or email admin1@nundahcc.org.au, we are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 4.30pm To make a booking, please complete the venue hire enquiry form below, or you can phone or drop into the Centre at any time during office hours.  Staff will then contact you to confirm availability, appropriateness of the request in relation to other activities at the Centre, and make the room booking where applicable. You will then be provided with confirmation of your booking either via phone or email. Due to the large number of requests we have for room bookings we are not able to take tentative bookings. All confirmed bookings require payment. We regret that we are unable to provide a refund on any confirmed bookings that are then cancelled, unless notification of cancellation has been received within two (2) days. (Please note that the activities of the Centre will always take precedence over any external groups or organisations wanting to hire the room. If your group is not to be part of the regular activities of the Centre, you will need to discuss your Public Liability Insurance status with the Centre Coordinator.)
